摘    要:为测定钢丝锌铝合金镀层中铝含量和不确定度,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法( ICP - AES),建立被测量ω(Al)与输入量的数学模型,分析不确定度的来源,按照不确定度的合成原则计算合成标准不确定度为0.051%,以及包含因子为2的扩展不确定度为0.10%,给出所测钢丝镀层中铝的质量分数为(5.13±0.10)%...

Abstract:In order to determine the aluminim content in steel wire allumen coating and its uncertainty,by using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spetrometry(ICP-AES) to set up the mathematical model of measured amount w(Al) and input quantity,and analyze the resource of uncertainty.According to uncertainty composite principle to calculate composite standard uncertainty is 0.051% and expanded uncertainty is 0.10% when coverage factor is 2,and give Aluminium's mass fraction in measured steel wire's coating: w...
