摘    要:离心式叶轮是离心压缩机产品的核心零件,结构形状复杂,对其开展参数化建模研究可提升设计质量和效率.分析了三维CAD平台下离心式叶轮三维建模的一般步骤,构建了采用SolidWorks API的参数化建模方案.分别讨论了叶片、轮盘和轮盖的参数化建模实现原理.以Visual Basic为开发工具,在SolidWorks环境下实现了离心式叶轮的参数化自动建模.应用实例表明,在该软件支持下可高效地进行离心式叶轮的参数化设计与优化.

Abstract:Centrifugal impeller,which is the core component of centrifugal compressor,has complex shape.The design quality and efficiency can be enhanced through parametric modeling for this component.The general steps of modeling in three-dimensional CAD environment are analyzed,and the parametric modeling scheme based on SolidWorks API is established.The parametric modeling principles of blade,roulette and cover are discussed respectively.The software of parametric modeling for centrifugal impeller is developed in S...
