| 摘 要： | 对速度目标值的选择从优势距离、经济性、运营成本、时间价值的节省、经济效果和社会效益、与路网的协调性等方面进行了分析,并对综合选择郑州至西安铁路客运专线速度目标值350 km/h进行了合理性探讨,以符合铁路客运高速化、快速化的发展趋势,适应我国铁路快速网发展的总体需求。

| Abstract: | From advantage distance,economic character,operating cost, time-saving value,economic and social benefits,adjustment of road net,it elaborates the choice of aimed rate value,makes rational discussion of comprehensive choice of aimed rate value,that is 350 km/h in Zhengzhou-Xi'an passenger line,so as to suit the developing trend of high-speed,and suit the general need of railroad speed net development in China. |
