组合型DC/DC变换器控制策略研究

摘    要:为了提高变换器输出功率,实现开关管的ZVS,根据两组以上变换器交错并联的电路拓扑,提出了一种带辅助网络的两路交错并联DC/DC变换器的控制策略.该控制策略可以实现变换器次级电压的交错,使得滞后桥臂利用另一全桥变换器产生的交错电流实现ZVS.最后运用Saber软件进行了仿真和实验,实验结果验证了该控制策略的正确性.这对大功率开关电源的研究具有实际指导意义.

Abstract:To improve the output power of the converter and realize the zero voltage switching(ZVS) of switching transistors,this paper proposes a control strategy of duplex parallel interleaving DC/DC converter with auxiliary circuit,based on the circuit topology of parallel Interleaving with more than two groups of converters.By this control strategy,the interleaving of converter secondary voltage can be implemented,making the lagged bridge arm utilize the interleaving current resulted from another full bridge converter to fulfill ZVS.Having analyzed theoretically the conditions of implementing software switching and control strategy of converter,this paper performs simulation and experiment using Saber software.And the experimental results prove the proposed strategy to be promising,which are of instructive significance for researching high power switch supply.
