基于AHP-FCE装备课堂教学质量评估

摘    要:为了全面地评估装备课堂教学质量,根据装备课堂教学的特点,构建了装备课堂教学质量评估体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标的权重系数,采用模糊综合评判法(FCE)进行综合评定,得到装备课堂教学综合评价及综合评价排名.实例分析表明,基于AHP-FCE评估的结果更加客观,能够综合反映每名教员的真实教学水平和装备课堂的教学质量.这为提高装备课程教学质量提供了参考

Assessment of Teachina Quality of Eauipment Class Based on AHP-FCE

Abstract:To comprehensively assess the teaching quality of equipment class, this paper establishes assessment system on teaching quality of equipment class, in accordance with its features, sets the weighting coefficients for each index using the method of AHP, makes an overall evaluation using the method of FCE, and finally obtain the comprehensive assessment on equipment class teaching and its ranking. By example analysis, it is shown that the assessment results based on AHP-FCE are of more objectives, and reflect comprehensively every instructor' s true levels of teaching and teaching quality of equipment class, which can be a reference for improving teaching quality of equipment curriculum.
