天波超视距雷达对海探测效能评估研究

摘    要:为准确评估天波超视距雷达对海探测效能,从装备全系统的角度出发,建立了效能评估的指标体系;结合ADC模型和逻辑门思想,给出了天波超视距雷达对海探测效能评估的方法.利用ADC模型计算天波超视距雷达各个分系统的效能,再借鉴逻辑与、或运算对各个分系统的评估值进行聚合,从而得到对海探测效能值.实例分析验证了本文方法的可行性

Abstract:In order to evaluate precisely the detection effectiveness for sky wave over the horizon radar(OTHR) at sea,this paper establishes an index system for effectiveness evaluation from the angle of equipping the overall system,and proposes the methods of effectiveness evaluation for sky wave OTHR,combining with the ADC model and the idea of logic gates,where the efficacy value of detection at sea is obtained by using ADC model to compute the effectiveness of each sub-system in the sky wave OTHR and taking the logic AND and OR operation to aggregate those efficacy values of each sub-system.By example analysis it is proved that the evaluation method is of feasibility.
