一种新型矩阵式AC/DC变换器研究

摘    要:为克服常规AC/DC变换器的缺陷,提出了一种新型AC/DC变换器——三相/一相矩阵式变换器(3/1MC).该矩阵式变换器直接将三相交流380V/50 Hz输入变换为单相PWM高频、高压交流电压.由高频变压器隔离并调理为需要的幅值后,经倍流式整流、滤波输出预期的直流电压.控制电路由UC3879及外围逻辑芯片组成.通过4kW 28.5V/140A原理样机的实验验证了理论分析的正确性及方案的可行性

Abstract:In order to overcome some disadvantages in conventional AC/DC converters, a novel converter topology, namely, from three phase to single phase matrix converter (3/IMC), is proposed in this paper. The proposed matrix converter converts directly the input of 380V/50Hz AC voltage into single phase PWM AC voltage with high frequency and high voltage, then, it is isolated and adjusted to be of the required amplitude via high frequency transformer, and finally the desired DC voltage is produced through the current-double rectifier and filtering output. The control circuit in the converter is composed of UC3879 and peripheral logic chips. By experiments on a prototype system with 4 kW 28.5 V/140 A, it is verified that the theoretical analysis is of accuracy and the scheme is of feasibility.
