弦支穹顶结构缺陷状态的敏感性分析研究

摘    要:由于构件制作与施工误差、计算假定与算法误差等情况不可避免的存在,当结构索施工张拉完成后索的实测张力值与设计值存在偏差.为研究各误差因素对结构受力性能的影响,本文对一跨度为50m的弦支穹顶结构建立正交表,分析了环索预应力以及网壳节点竖向坐标位置偏差等因素对结构静、动力性能以及稳定性的敏感性.结果表明,环索预应力对结构静、动力性能影响最为敏感,网壳节点竖向坐标偏差对结构稳定性能影响最大,在施工中需严格控制环索预应力和网壳节点空间位置.

Abstract:Due to the tolerances of fabrication and construction,theoretical assumptions and algorithm errors etc,there is inevitably deviation between the actual measured cable force and the theoretical value.To investigate the influences of the above factors on structural behavior,the effect of the prestress of hoop cable and the vertical coordinates of the dome nodes on both dynamic and static performance and structural stability is analyzedby creating the orthogonal table of a 50m spanned suspen-dome structure.The results show that hoop prestress has the most influence on the structural dynamic and static performance,and the deviation of the vertical coordinates of the dome nodes is the key factor affecting structural stability.Therefore,the hoop prestress and the coordinates of the dome nodes have to be controlled strictly during construction.
