摘    要:新疆西南天山西段作为中国重要的有色金属资源基地,面临着资源开发、经济发展、环境保护协调发展问题,将绿色矿山开发作为未来矿山开发的趋势。本文在生态资源环境综合地质调查基础上,以资源开发综合效益最大化为原则,采用层次分析法构建综合评价指标体系,结合模糊综合评价法对西南天山西段有色金属资源基地资源潜力、技术经济、环境影响进行一体化评价,提出优先开发区、重点勘查开发区和暂缓或禁止开采区三级勘查开发等级分区,为实现绿色矿业发展提供重要支撑。

Abstract:The southwestern Tianshan area is regarded as one of the significant non-ferrous metal resource base in Xinjiang, China. It is facing the problem of harmonious development of resource development and economic development and environmental protection. Green mine development is the trend of mine development in the future.In order to solve this contradiction, this study is based on the integrated geological survey of ecology, resources and environment, the principle is to maximize the comprehensive benefits of resource development. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct comprehensive evaluation index system. Resource potential, technology and economy, environmental impact integrated evaluation of non-ferrous metal resource base combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the southwesten Tianshan area. It can be divided into priority development zones, key exploration development zones and suspended or prohibited exploitation zones. It provides important support for the realization of green mining development.
