| 摘 要： | 本文介绍自行研制的条干毛羽激光测试仪的原理、结构、测试对象和内容,以及考核试验数据的统计分析。最后,进一步探讨了利用该仪器测得的毛羽间距分布数据的线性化拟合结果和该分布的理论意义。

| Abstract: | A new Laser-based Evenness and Hairiness Tester is described.The experimental re- sults tested on this tester are separately compared with those of the same samples tested on Uster Tester and YG171 Hairiness Tester.And the statistical analyses show that they are in quite good agreement respectively.In the last of this paper,the theoretical meaning of hairiness interval distribution is discussed.The regression lines for three groups of the dis- tribution data at hairiness protruding lengths of 0.5,1.0,1.5mm ate also reported. |
