| 摘 要： | 为了培养厚基础、重实践、强能力、高素质、显特色的生物技术专业应用型人才,近10年来,我校生物技术专业从人才培养目标、人才培养模式与体系、实践能力培养体系、课程体系等方面,进行了化工特色应用型人才教育体系的探索与实践,对生物技术专业人才培养质量、专业建设、学术交流等方面的提高,起到了较好的促进作用.

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate applied talents with solid foundation and high capability, we have made a series of reform. The paper introduces how and what we did in implementing the task during the past ten years. It includes the system reform, talent cultivation mode, talent ability training mode and curriculum system etc. Good effects have achieved. |
