上海长兴岛郊野公园规划建设和投资运营的若干思考

面对郊野公园规划建设的机遇和挑战，辨析郊野公园的基本概念，并围绕长兴岛开发建设的目标和任务，立足于长兴岛的资源待色和探索实践，提出“生态、自然、野趣”的规划建设理念。提出郊野公园在形态上应具有“丰富的水系、适度变化的地形、厚重的植被、自然的田野风光”；在功能上应具有“充满野趣的生态环境、区别于都市化形态的特色度假村和民宿、时尚的体育键身设施、回归自然的田园生活体验”．并从生态效应、市民接受度、发展的可持续性3个角受提出判别郊野公园规划建设成败的标准。基于既定的土地政策和建设方式，最后探索提出可持续的投资运茸机制。

Established the land policy and the construction method, finally proposes the sustainable investment operation mechanism.
