| Abstract: | An injection mould with side core-pulling mechanism was introduced and the technology of the plastics part was analyzed. The designing characteristics of the feeding system, the cooling system, the side core-pulling mechanism, the ejection mechanism , the fixed distance parting mechanism, the choice of parting level, the molding part and the working principle of the injection mould was discussed in detail. The problem paying special attention to during designing and manufacturing of the mould was pointed out. |
