| Abstract: | This article introduces the ability of carrying out the plan arrangement and the resources cooperation and the track progress and the exchange condition in the production project of coal mine enterprise is improved by using Microsoft Project 2002 in Xuchang Coal Mine,and also expounds that project management software is a kind of good method to realize the complex business goal. |
