节水园林势在必行

由于现代全球气候变暖，水资源短缺将是长期困扰人类的生存环境问题。近年来，我国南涝北旱加剧，少雨干旱将持续到2015年。因此，节水园林势在必行。积极推广国内外节水灌溉技术，强化园林节水措施，实施跨流域南水北调，是解决我国北方水资源短缺，实现节水园林的必要途径。

It' s Imperative under the Situation to Build Water-saving Landscape Architecture

Due to the globe warming-up nowadays,the shortage of water resources becomes a long-lasting environmental problem that threatens human survival.In the recent years,the south of China is waterlogged while the north stricken with drought,and the situation will persist till the year2015.So it is imperative under the situation to build water-saving landscape architecture.It is the necessary approach of solving the problem of water resources shortage in the North and realizing the water-saving function of landscape architecture to spread the water-saving irrigating technologies from home and abroad,to reinforce the water-saving measures of landscape architecture,and to divert water from the Yangtze River to the north of China.
