| 摘 要： | 本文推荐了以外径减缩系数K_D和壁厚减缩系数K_S为中心的冷拔圆管工艺参数新系列,并用参数K_D和K_S对冷拔圆管周向不均匀变形进行了分析,得出了拔管工艺与周向不均匀变形的残余应力б_θ的初步关系。

| Abstract: | A new spstem of process parameters for round tube cold-drawn,with OD reduction coefficient KD and wall-thickness reduction coefficient Ks taken as key data,is recommended and the non-uniform circumferential formation is analysed using the efficients KD and Ks and the relationshipbetween the cold-dra winK process and the residual stress 68 on tubes bein3 non-uniformly formed is obtained. |
