| 摘 要： | 以对羟基苯甲酸和正丁醇为原料，在ＨＹ固体酸催化剂作用下，酯化合成尼泊金丁酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂及用量、反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响，确定了较佳的工艺条件为：醇酸比为４：１，反应温度１１０℃，反应时间为４ｈ，ＨＹ固体酸用量为酸质量的５％，带水剂甲苯用量为８ｍＬ。在此条件下产率可达７８％左右。

| Abstract: | The synthesis of nipagin ester with solid acid catalyst of HY type has been carried out by esterification of n -butyl alcohol and p -hydroxybenzoic acid. The dependence of alcohol-acid ratio, reaction temperature and time, the type and amount of catalysts etc were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined: for alcohol- p -hydroxybenzoic acid mole ratio of 4:1, reaction temperature of 110℃, reaction time of 4h. The quantity of catalyst to p -hydroxybenzoic is 5%, the amount of toluene of 8 mL. The yield of esterification can achieved to 78% or more. |
