连续抽油杆表面防护的热挤塑工艺优化研究

摘    要:柔性连续抽油杆是一种新型抽油杆。对多种表面防护方法进行了比较,确定用塑料涂层作为主要防护涂层,对柔性连续抽油杆整绳采用热挤塑防护。介绍了柔性连续抽油杆新型表面防护材料的配方,对柔性连续抽油杆表面防护前处理工艺及新型表面防护材料的热挤塑包覆工艺中的定型、冷却工艺和加热温度参数进行了优化研究,结果表明优化后的热挤塑包覆工艺满足柔性连续抽油杆的表面防护要求。

Abstract:Flexible continuous sucker rod is a new type of pumping rod. Various ways of surface protection are compared. The conclusion indicated that hot-extrusion protection technique, which plastic film is used as main protection coating, should be adapted for flexible continuous sucker rod. The composition of the new surface protection material used in this technique is also introduced. Besides, the optimization research of some parameters in the crafts of ex-process, hot-extrusion wrapping and cooling process is being done. The results indicated that this technique could meet the requirement of surface protection of flexible continuous sucker rod.
