摘    要:针对当今超临界大容量火力发电机组运行能耗水平持续增高的现状,以荥阳电厂2×600 MW发电机组为研究背景,以降低机组发电煤耗总量为目的,提出了一种基于等微增率法的负荷优化分配方案。通过对发电机组生产指标的归纳,分析了机组的实际煤耗特性,在考虑机组启停耗量、出力限制等约束条件的前提下,利用等微增率法求解得出具体优化方案,并结合逐点法对其进行修正。将该方案与现场运行记录进行对比,结果显示前者可有效降低全厂的发电煤耗总量,对提升发电厂运行的经济性和环保性有一定的指导意义。最后,对提升机组负荷调控的理念,也提出了一些建议和措施。

Abstract:Based on the fact that the supercritical large capacity thermal power generator units' energy consumption level continues to increase in these days, this paper takes Xingyang thermal power plant 2×600 MW units as researching background and presents an optimal load distribution plan based on equal incremental method to reduce the coal consumption of the power plant. First, through summing up the production index of power generator units, the actual coal consumption characteristics of the two units are analyzed, and then considering the constraint conditions such as units start and stop consumption and the output constraints, the equal incremental method is used to optimize the distribution plan and the point-by-point method is used to correct it. After making comparison between this optimal plan and the actual operation records, the result shows that the total coal consumption of the power plant could be reduced by applying this optimal plan, which provides guidance for improving the economical efficiency and environmental protection property of the power station. Moreover, some measures and suggestions are presented to improve the load distribution.
