摘    要:料浆法磷铵生产中,采用新型管式反应器,可缩短中和反应时间,减少非水溶性化合物的生成,提高磷铵产品水溶P2O5,解决了传统的管式反应器用于料浆法磷铵中和杂质含量较高的磷酸时结垢、堵塞等问题。

Abstract:In the process of ammonium phosphate production by Slurry Concentrating Method,a novel tubular reactor has been used for the purposes of shorting the time of neutralization reaction, reducing the production of water-insoluble compound and increasing water-soluble P_2O_5 content of ammonium phosphate. This technique could overcome the difficulties of scale formation and block up in early pipe reactor when high impurities content in wet process phosphoric acid is used as raw material.
