水玻璃的模数和掺量对钢矿粉活性影响研究

摘    要:研究了水玻璃的模数和掺量对钢矿粉活性的影响,结果表明,当钢渣与矿渣比例为3∶7时,钢矿粉各龄期活性随水玻璃模数、掺量的提高呈先升后降趋势,当水玻璃模数为1.6,掺量为胶凝材料的1.5%时,钢矿粉3 d,7 d,28 d活性指数分别提高10%,11%,5%。

Abstract:The effect of dosage and modules of water glass on steel slag and blast furnace slag power were researched, the results showed that when steel slag and blast furnace slag ratio is 3: 7, the activity index of steel slag and blast furnace slag power is raised first and then decreased when the modulus and dosage of water glass is improved. When the modulus of water glass is 1.6, the dosage is 1.5% the amount, the 3 d, 7 d, 28 d activity index of steel slag and blast furnace slag power increased by 10%, 11%, 5%, respectively.
