| Abstract: | Through the analysis on construction pre-settlement management background of a project,this paper discussed the engineering con-struction pre-settlement management technology,put forward through application of cost volume profit technology,value engineering,linear plan-ning method and other optimization measures,in order to provide more scientific and rational basis for engineering construction pre-settlement management. |
