随岳高速公路圆管涵开裂原因与套管加固技术

摘    要:从设计、施工、养护和涵管生产四个方面分析了圆管涵开裂原因,并结合随岳高速公路K114+738套管加固工程案例,总结了实用的圆管涵套管加固施工工艺和质量控制要点,实践表明,圆管涵套管加固技术可以较好地处治管节开裂问题,提高混凝土圆管涵的抗病害能力,保障高速公路的安全畅通。

Abstract:The paper analyses circular culvert cracking causes from four aspects of design,construction,maintenance and culvert,summarizes circular culvert sleeve tube reinforcing construction technology and quality control points by combining with Sui-Yue highway K114+738 sleeve tube reinforcement engineering case. Practice proves that:circular culvert sleeve tube reinforcing technology can better deal with pipe joint crack-ing problems,improve circular concrete culvert disease-resisting capability,and guarantee highway driving smooth as well.
