| 摘 要： | 通过对登记在册的全市636座公厕进行现状调查,了解现阶段哈尔滨市公厕的分布、建设、使用管理情况,找出了目前哈尔滨公厕建设的不足,同时对比国内大城市公厕建设与使用管理情况,结合概率统计计算得出的哈尔滨市理论公厕数值,对哈尔滨公厕的建设与管理提出合理化建议。
