| Abstract: | The paper introduces the definition, principles and meaning of the value engineering, has the systematic analysis of its application procedures, in the factual road engineering design, identification of analysis objects in construction, information collection, functional analysis and evaluation, and scheme innovation according to the long-term and outstanding features of road projects, so as to realize the improvement of the quality and benefits of road projects. |
