| Abstract: | The paper undertakes the elastic-plastic time-procedure analysis of some program under rare earthquakes, concludes the anti-seismic evaluation under the rare earthquakes, and proves the methods to realize the seismic fortification performance aims of ＂earthquake does not fall＂, so as to provide some reference for other projects. |
