| Abstract: | This paper introduced simply the cost management,combining with the present situation of cost management of building construction enterprises,analyzed the existing problems in cost management,put forward popularization of cost management knowledge,establishment of qual-ity responsibility,strengthen field management,paying attention to material management and other measures,in order to achieve the goal of pro-moting enterprise economic benefits. |
