| 摘 要： | 以抗震救灾居民安置实践为基础,构建了居民安置点选址方案评价指标体系,并基于层次分析法(AHP)建立了选址方案模糊综合评价方法,最后在居民安置保障实例中对该方法进行了应用,结果表明,该方法对提升抢险救灾等突发事件居民安置效能具有积极作用。 |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the influencing factors and practice of residential spot-choosing support to earthquake disaster affected areas during rescue operations. Then basing on the method of AHP,it establishes a fuzzy mathematical appraising system to evaluate the support effectiveness of residential spot-choosing project. Finally,the method has been tested by its application in earthquake disaster rescue operation. The result indicates that method is effective to enhance settle down redis during disaster rescue operations. |
