| 摘 要： | 以我国公共建筑为主要研究对象,结合咸宁市中心医院工程实例,采用层次分析法,对影响公共建筑节能的因素进行了分析,建立了该医院的节能评价体系,并对该医院进行了公共建筑能耗评价,据此提出了一些节能技术措施与管理措施。

| Abstract: | Taking domestic public building as major research target, combining with Xianning central hospital engineering example, the paper analyzes factors influencing public building energy conservation, by applying hierarchical analysis method, establishes its energyaving evaluation system, and evaluates its public building energy consumption conditions, and finally puts forward some energy-saving technology measures and management measures. |
