天然气管道泄漏模型

摘    要:为了得到能适用更广泄漏口径范围的数学模型,更切合实际地预测天然气管道泄漏所影响的范围,基于流体状态方程、质量守恒方程、能量方程和动量方程,结合实际中的限流情况和因紧急切断装置动作造成的不稳定状态,以及管道泄漏处天然气的流速(音速或是亚音速),建立了管道泄漏模型。进而求解出各种工况下泄漏口处的天然气状态参数。求解结果与实际基本吻合,将此管道泄漏模型和扩散模型结合,得出该泄漏所造成的影响范围,使抢修工作更加直观。

Abstract:In order to acquire a mathematical model which could be adapt to all the cases ranging from a relatively small hole to a large orifice, and predict the incidence of natural gas pipeline leakage practically, this paper established a pipeline leakage model. This model was based on the fluid state equation, mass conservation equation, energy equation, and momentum equation, and taken many practical conditions into account, for example, the current limiting situation, the instability state caused by emergency switching off and the flow rate at the hole lies on sonic or subsonic flowage. The state parameters of natural gas at the hole under various working conditions were obtained by this model, and the results of its application to various accident scenarios were consistent with the fact. The influences on the ambience caused by the leakage can be obtained via combining the pipeline leakage model with the diffusing model, which will direct the practical emergency repairs intuitively and accurately.
