玻璃纤维对薄片树脂磨具的强化作用

摘    要:本文研究了玻璃纤维对薄片树脂磨具的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃纤维的加入不影响树脂磨具的硬度。当纤维长度超过临界长度时,可提高树脂磨具的强度。其分布均匀,沿试样长度方向排列时,强化效果显著。

Abstract:Effect of the glass fibre on the mlcrostructure and property of.the resin emery grinding wheel is studied. The results show that adding glass fibre does not impair the hardness of the grinding wheel. When the length of the glass fibre is over a critical value,the strength of the grin-ding wheel increases, especially,when the glass fibre is evenly dispersed and aligned along the direction of its length, the strengthening effect is more remarkable.
