摘    要:就轧制变形区油膜厚度的不同测试方法进行了对比研究,提出了简便、衫的加热退火法。方法研究了轧制油粘度,轧制速度与压下率对轧制变形区油膜厚度的影响。

Abstract:The various methods of measuring the film thickness of the deformation zone in rolling are studied and a new"heating'method of measuring the film thickness are developed. The influence of the foiling oil viscosity and rolling speed and reduction rate on the film thickness are investigated with those methods.
