| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了最新研制成的ＺＸ５－４００Ｄ型多功能可控硅整流弧焊机的硬件与软件研究设计成果。这种新型焊机在硬件电路不变的情况下，通过改变控制软件就可实现直流脉冲，直流方波，外特性斜率与拐点可调等多种功能，充分发挥了微计算机程序控制的优势，为发展及改造现有普通焊接电源提供了有效的途径。

| Abstract: | A new ZX5-400D type multi-purpose SCR arc welding powersource with microcomouter controller has been develoned.Its hardware and software de-signs are introduced in this papcr.The new welder can provide multiple output features,such as D.C. pulsc current,D.C square wave current,adjustable statie charaeteristiesand so on,only by opcrating defferent parts of its control program,The ncwtype welding machine is suceesful in applying the advantages of the microcomputercontrol and shows an effective way of developing and rebuilding the conventionalwelding power sources. |
