摘    要:电铲、钻机气路系统在冬季因水份分离不彻底,水份在气路系统中冻结,使系统不能正常运行,经过分析研究,对气路系统中水份分离设计缺陷进行了改造,提高了系统分离水份的能力,减少了气路冻结现象的发生,提高了气路系统在冬季运行的可靠性。

Abstract:The moisture kept in the excavator and drilling machine's air pressure system freezes in winter and the system can't work normally. After analyses and investigation, the design fault is corrected; so the system's moisture separating capability is improved. As a result, the freezing phenomenon is reduced and the system's reliability is improved.
