Consideration of the Development of the Next Generation Telecom-network

This paper discusses the some key-technical problem existing the IP telecommunication network. It points out that the IP telecom-network has the ability to integrate all the telecommunication service, to provides same security and QoS service as the traditional telecommunication without making the IP network complexity.
