基于物联网的实物档案智能管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:现有的实物档案管理方式存在收集不全、保管不善、利用不便等弊病。本文提出基于物联网的实物档案智能管理系统,将电子标签(RFID)附着于每件实物档案,通过电子标签、阅读器、服务器之间的通信以及WSN组网技术,实现保管环境自动感知、智能调节功能,实物或实物档案摘要信息智能存储功能,实物或实物档案定位与跟踪功能,档案“通信”功能,实物档案信息远程利用功能及其他可扩展的综合功能,以弥补现有实物档案管理方式的不足,提高管理效率、节约管理成本、提升利用服务水平。文中介绍了基于物联网的实物档案智能管理系统的功能和原理,以及无线传感网络的组成。

Abstract:There exsist many disadvantages in traditional archives management system, such as incomplete collection, difficult mainteinance and inconvenient use. An internet of things based archives intelligent management system (IIAM) is proposed in this paper. A RFID tag is attached to each physical archive in IIAM. Through use of communication among these RFID tags,readers, servers, and WSN network technologies, the goals of tempreture and humidity auto-sensing, intelligent storage, locating and tracking, communication, remote using and other expensive comprehensive functions will be achieved. So the management efficiency is enhanced, the cost is reduced and the quality of service is improved as well.
