大重合度齿轮在履带车辆终传动设计中的应用

摘    要:本文通过理论分析和台架对比实验阐明了大篝合度齿轮传动是一种多对齿同时啮合、传动平稳、汞载能力强的齿轮传动。具有高强度、低噪声的优越性能。把它用于承受重载荷、强冲击的履带车辆终传动中是非常适合和完全可行的,而且还能进一步提高履带声讨劝的可靠性和耐久性。

Abstract:With theoretical analysis and testing results in laboratory,this paper demostrates that the high contact ratio gear that is multiple teeth engagement has excellent smooth operation,high capacity and higher strength and lower noise.So it will be very suitable and extremely praticable in final drives of caterpillar vehicles.It can also make improvement in the reliability and the durability.With the development and improvement of the design and manufacture technology,its application,especially in caterpillar vehicles,will be emphasized and increase certainly.
