摘    要:换热器内的流体流动状态直接影响换热效率,合理排布换热管能够改善流动效果,提高换热效率,利用格子Boltzmann方法对换热管外流场进行计算模拟,得到了换热管布管参数最佳比值,在比值下,管外流体流动十分充分,使换热管壁面附近边界层厚度减薄,提高了换热效果,模拟结果对实际生产中换热管的布置具有很好的参考价值.

Abstract:The fluid flow directly affects its heat transfer efficiency in the heat exchanger, the flow effect of heat exchange tube can be improved, and the heat transfer efficiency can be enhanced by the appropriate arrangement. The lattice Boltzmann method was used to compute and simulate the flow field outside the heat exchange tube and the various parameters relating to heat exchange were obtained. It has a very good value of reference for the tube arrangement in actual production.
