| 摘 要： | 通过"标准化"对保证产品质量的积极作用,分析了实施工程质量标准化和建设企业标准对于提高建设工程质量水平、促进技术进步的意义,其中着重强调了四级工程建设标准中"企业标准"的重要性。根据国务院最近发布的《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》和我国工程质量标准化的现状,提出了推行工程质量标准化和建设企业标准的重点、对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the active action of ＂standardization＂ ensuring product quality, analyzed meaning of improving the construction quality level and advancing the technology progress by implement construction quality standardization and construction enterprise standard. Emphasized the essentiality of ＂enterprise standard＂ which is in the four-level standards., Present the key points, countermeasures and some suggestions of improving construction quality standardization and construction enterprise standard according to the 《Quality Development Outline（ 2011-2020 ）》by the State Council published recently. |
