高固含量石蜡乳液乳化剂的研制

解决了目前石蜡乳液在固含量高时制备困难和产品流动性差的问题。采用均匀设计与调优软件进行乳化剂配方的设计和实验结果的优化,考察了表面活性剂间的协同作用。结果表明,最佳配方为:Span-80 22.2%,Tween-80 20.7%,OP-10 31.4%,稳定剂19.8%,十二烷基硫酸钠5.9%(共占乳液总质量的6%),可使固含量为50%的石蜡乳液在3000 r/min的转速下离心30 min不分层。常温下,乳液的表观粘度为370~630 mPa.s。

Research on the emulsifier to prepare the high-solid content wax emulsion

The problems of difficult preparation and bad fluidity of the high solid content wax emulsion were solved.Uniform design and optimization software were used in design of the emulsifier formula and optimization of the experiment results.The synergic effects between the surfactants were investigated.The optimum formula of the mass ratio was Span-80 22.2%,Tween-80 20.7%,OP-10 31.4%,stabilizing agent 19.8%,lauryl sodium sulfate 5.9%(total 6% of the wax emulsion).The wax emulsion with wax more than 50% content in the wax emulsion was obtained and not stratified at the 3 000 r/min by centrifugating 30 min.At ambient temperature,its apparent viscosity was 370～630 mPa·s.
