| 摘 要： | 根据煤质分析数据,分析了掺烧煤质与设计煤种的主要差异,多方面定量分析了掺烧煤种对锅炉安全运行的影响,为燃烧俄罗斯煤提供了技术依据.以热分析结果模拟俄罗斯煤的燃烧特性,并相应调整制粉系统参数,根据耗差分析的思想估算了不同掺烧比例下机组煤耗的变化结果,分析掺烧俄罗斯煤对机组经济性的影响,并在某1025t/h锅炉上进行了现场...

| Abstract: | The difference of blending coal and designed coal has been analyzed through coal composition,the blending coal make several influence on boiler safety,as technical basis for Russian coal combustion.It estimates combustion character by hot analysis result,adjusts parameter pulverize system,and calculates coal consumption at different blending rates,so the economic performance has been show out.The analysis has been confirmed on a 1025t/h boiler. |
