燃烧器入口送粉管道设计分析

摘    要:以某电厂燃烧器入口送粉管道为例,运用有限元法对其进行整体应力分析,并根据计算结果与传统的公式计算数据进行比较,由比较结果可以看到,有限元法获得的载荷及力矩等数据更加准确,能够更好地反映送粉管道运行状态.

Abstract:Based on the pulverized coal piping,the FEM is introduced for the stress analysis and the results are compared with formula calculation according to analysis data.It is showed that the FEM has higher accuracy to obtain force and force moment and more details to supply work station of piping than formula calculation.
