摘    要:从初投资及收益的经济性角度出发,对某2×1000 MW级超超临界空冷火力发电厂的再热蒸汽系统的管道规格尺寸进行了优化计算.根据设计参数选取了一系列不同直径、壁厚的管道规格,利用AFT流体分析软件对其进行了流速、压损模拟计算,通过量化压损对汽轮机功率、汽轮机热耗的影响,进行经济性对比分析,进而确定低温再热蒸汽、高温再热蒸...

Abstract:From the aspects of initial investment and profit economy calculate and optimize the reheat steam system piping dimensions for one 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical air-cooling thermal power plant.It selects a series of different diameter and wall thickness pipe specifications according to design parameter,then use AFT fluid analysis software to do flow velocity and pressure loss simulation.Through quantification influence of pressure loss for steam turbine power and heat consumption,carry on comparative economic analysis,determine optimal size of cold reheat steam and hot reheat steam pipe.
