| 摘 要： | 某电厂#1、#2锅炉频繁发生结焦灭火.借停炉机会详细检查了炉内的结焦状况,掌握了结焦的分布情况与结构特点,分析了两台锅炉的结焦状况的差别,确定了导致结焦灭火的原因.炉内耐火浇注料的表面与水冷壁表面的不同特点是形成锅炉结焦状态的重要因素.

| Abstract: | Slagging brings danger to the safe operation of boilers.It investigates the cause of slagging of two boilers.The distribution and characteristic of slag in the furnace of two boilers are described and compared.Refractory on the water-wall has great relationship with the slagging process.The treatment of slagging is also discussed. |
