4m~3挖掘机提升机构振动原因分析

主要分析4 m3挖掘机提升机构产生振动的原因:(1)司机操作不熟练;(2)转台存在着的焊接应力;(3)提升机构的结构不合理;(4)加工和装配误差大,齿轮啮合不好;(5)提升机构齿轮的毛坯在铸造时偏箱,齿轮偏重,又未认真找平衡,使齿轮旋转中产生惯性冲击;(6)机构检修不及时或问题处理不当等,对此提出了改进建议。

Vibration Reason Analysis for Promotion Organization of 4 m3 Excavator

The vibration reason for the promotion organization of the 4 m~3 excavator was mainly analyzed:(1) unskilled driving operation;(2) welding stress in the turnplate;(3) unreasonable structure of the promotion organization;(4) big error in the processing and installation,gear meshing not well;(5) the gear rough in the promotion organization deviated from the gear case when founding,the gear was slightly weighty,and balance point was not found out seriously,which lead to inertia impact;(6) maintenance of promotion organization was not timely and not handled properly and so on,regarding this,the improving proposal was put forward.
