摘    要:本论文主要介绍了SHL20-13型蒸汽锅炉向热水锅炉的技术改造,通过热力及水动力计算完成了水循环改造的方案设计,并对对流管束水循环系统进行了过冷沸腾校核,通过对锅炉改造前后同等负荷情况下运行参数的比较,说明了热水锅炉具体节能所在.改造后锅炉运行安全可靠,出力足,达到了节能目的.

Abstract:This paper presents the technical transformation of two sets of SHL20-13 type steam boiler into heat water boiler.The design has been completed through calculations of thermal force and hydrodynamic force, boiling check beyond the cold is conducted for convection pipe water circulation system.By comparison of operation parameters under the same load conditions for the boiler before and after such transformation,it has indicated the specific feature of energy saving for the hot water boiler.After such transformation,the boiler operates reliably and is able to save the energy.
