扁火焰烧嘴的研究及应用

摘    要:提出一种扁火焰烧嘴结构,运用数值仿真分析,获得了扁火焰烧嘴的最佳设计参数。开发出空气蓄热、煤气预热的扁火焰烧嘴,并成功应用于某方坯加热炉,坯料加热质量良好,降低了氧化烧损,节能效果显著。

Abstract:A kind of flat flame burner has been presented in this paper, and the best design parameters were found though numerical simulation. The flat flame burner has been successfully applied to a billet reheating furnace by way of air regenerating and gas preheating. The billet reheating quality was good; the oxidation burning was reduced; the energy-saving effect was remarkable.
