摘    要:用碳酸盐共沉淀法制备了正极材料LiNi0.8Co0.20-xAlxO2(x=0.05、0.10和0.15)。Ni-Co-Al的碱式碳酸盐与LiOH·H2O混合,在700~800℃下煅烧16h,可制得有良好α-NaFeO2二维层状结构的球形LiNi0.8Co0.20-xAlxO2。铝掺杂促进了烧结,但掺杂过多会导致过度烧结和异形晶粒出现,降低性能。在750℃下煅烧制备的材料LiN0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2,0.2C首次放电比容量为162.1mAh/g,第20次循环时的容量保持率为94.6%。

Abstract:LiNi0.8Co0.20-xAlxO2(x=0.05,0.10 and 0.15)cathode materials were prepared by carbonate co-precipitation process.By mixing basic Ni-Co-Al carbonate with LiOH·H2O and calcining at 700~800℃ for 16 h,spherical LiNi0.8Co0.20-xAlxO2 materials with fine α-NaFeO2 2D layered structure were prepared.Al doping enhanced the agglomeration,but excess doping led to excess agglomeration and appearance of abnormal crystal particles,decrease the performance.The 0.2 C initial specific discharge capacity of LiN0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 material obtained by calcining at 750℃ was 162.1 mAh/g,the capacity retention at the 20th cycle was 94.6%.
