煮茧工艺温度曲线分析

摘    要:对“煮茧温度连续高精度测量装置”实地采集的多组煮茧温度曲线进行分析,把分析的结果与实际生产作对照得到以下结论:对于煮茧机各部所采用的温度以及时间的长短需视茧子、缫丝机型、煮茧机的不同而进行设计;同一煮茧机因进水管、进汽管的位置或出水量的不同,温度略有差异;采用煮茧温度连续高精度测量系统所测煮茧机内部温度更有助于了解煮茧工艺。

Abstract:Analyses are made on some sets of temperature profiles collected on the spot by high-precision continuous tester for cocoon cooking temperature. A comparison between the analytical results and the actual production shows that the appropriate temperature and duration for various parts of cocoon cooking machine depend on cocoon quality, the models of silk reeling and cocoon cooking machines. However, slight temperature difference still exists in the same cocoon cooking machine due to different locations of water or steam pipes and different water flow. Therefore, the application of the high-temperature continuous testing system facilitates the control of cocoon cooking.
