真丝织物气相转移印花水溶性油墨研究及染料选用

研究了真丝织物气相转移印花水溶性油墨中增稠剂和助剂对转移率的影响,讨论了12只染料在真丝和涤纶织物上转移印花后颜色差异。实验结果表明,由水溶性油墨印制的花纸,在预处理过的真丝织物上转移印花,部分分散染料转移率可达70％以上;多数分散染料在真丝织物上转移印花颜色比涤纶织物上颜色深暗,色调略有变化,在真丝织物上的皂洗牢度达3～4级,丝沾2～3级。

Hydrosoluble Ink Research and Dyes Selection in Sublimation Transfer Printing of Silk Fabrics

Examines the effects of thickeners and auxiliaries in hydrosoluble ink for sublimation transfer printing of silk fabrics on transferability, and investigates the colour difference between silk and polyester fabrics after sublimation transfer printing with 12 kinds of dyestuff. The results show that the transferability of some disperse dyes may reach over 70% in transfer printing on pretreated silk fabrics through dydrosoluble ink trasfer printing paper. When applied to transfer printing, most disperse dyes demonstrate darker shade on silk than on polyester fabrics, with tone slightly changed.
